Kimberly Brayley

A healthcare leader with over 30 years of experience who is passionate and highly motivated to modernize processes and technology to benefit and support patient care via clinical and administrative workflows.  Ms. Brayley is a strategic thinker with the ability and experience to distill complex business concepts utilizing problem-solving skills to drive results and standards across functional areas.   Previously, Ms. Brayley was the Director of the Real Time Location System (RTLS) Program Management Office at U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to that position, she was the Chief Clinical Engineer at the VA Western New York Healthcare System, Grady Healthcare System and Rockdale Hospital.  Organizationally she has managed multiple small to large complex contracts, recruiting, mentoring, and leading high performing teams. 

Paul Zieske

A strategic consultant and thought leader at the nexus of AI, Location-Based Services (LBS) and healthcare operations. Working in the industry since the early 2000’s, Mr. Zieske started his career in Air Traffic Control and has spent the last two decades translating real time coordination principles from aviation into healthcare culminating into the Care Traffic Control Model for Healthcare.  He has developed an agent-oriented workflow design platform integrating AI and LBS with healthcare operations.  He is the former President and Chief Product Officer at Navv Systems Inc, where he led the development of the NavvTrackPlatform (a real time location platform for hospital operations), oversaw the integration of the RTLS with the EHR and developed an analytics platform.  Mr.  Zieske then spent 14 years at the Henry Ford Health System managing their large-scale deployment of RTLS and Indoor Positioning across the medical system and multiple hospital campuses.  He is the co-author of the book Where Matters: Healthcare’s Playbook for Location-Based Services 2.0 and AI and publisher for the weekly newsletter *Why Where Matters*, focusing on next-generation operational design. Mr. Zieske also is the Creator of *Why Where Matters*, an initiative dedicated to realizing operational digital twins in healthcare and also an active member of the Digital Twin Consortium.
